Homemade body scrubs can be easily made out of all natural ingredients. Your scrubs can be pure and gentle without any of the potentially harmful chemicals that are found in many commercial scrubs. For a soothing bath time treat that will give your skin a vividly fresh look. To make a scrub, you need a coarse ingredient with a soothing and moisturizing base. The most popular and practical coarse for homemade body scrubs is sugar. Sugar based body scrub will help your skin rather than harm it.
The best scrub around can be made using these three compounds: Table salt, olive oil, white vinegar. To use this you first need to wash your face with a white cloth and Ivory Soap. Use the above mixture as a scrub. Scrub your face as tightly as easy for you. Use Circular even blows. Continue this scrub process for about 2-3 minutes. Rinse face. Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the face as a moisturizer. If you are going out also apply a thin layer of any good sunscreen. Conduct this treatment daily.
Here is another homemade scrub. Get any type of herbal tea, pour some into a pot. Only pour 1 or 2 tablespoon then pour some sugar and oil in to it (almond, olive, coconut, etc) then break the tea bag open, mix some of the tea leaves in and some coffee beans. Sugar is best for this purpose. This mixture is supposed to be thick and clammy. Add a tiny bit of milk to soften your skin, and then get two or three pinch, and wet this so it becomes kind of watery, and rub gently on to your skin. Don’t rub very hardly because it'll turn red. Then rinse with the cold water.
Use a circular motion to wipe away dead skin cells, and pay extra attention to rough areas like elbows and knees. Allow your scrub to remain on your skin for three to four minutes so that your skin can soak up the nutrients from the fruit, and then wash away your homemade scrub in halfhearted water. Pat your skin dry gently to stick the moisture into your newly exposed fresh layer of shimmering skin.
